Open Positions
Healthium Medtech is on the lookout for an experienced Product Specialist in multiple locations, including Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Mangalore, Rajkot/Surat and Trivandrum. Candidates with experience in attending OTs will be preferred.

Sironix is on the lookout for a Sales Operations Head to lead sales operations functions, planning processes, cross-functional collaborations and many more exciting projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, MBA Degree (preferred)
Roles & Responsibility
• 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in the Endo Surgery industry, specifically in the areas of business development and sales.
• Independent and possesses the ability to develop connections with customers to foster strong business relationships.
• Responsible for being a solutions provider through establishing trust with customers and ongoing relationships in a consultative atmosphere.
• Able to have a pulse on the medical device and complex Endo Surgery market to assess, negotiate and close high-level executive deals.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast growing Endo Surgery market, with the ability to grow business by selling strategic partnerships across the entire product range.
• Develop and lead all sales, growth strategies and activities for a specific geographic territory.
• Generate new revenue opportunities within a given strategic market, while managing existing accounts to meet and exceed annual sales, marketing plans and objectives.
• Maintain a pipeline of new opportunities at all times, ensuring it is sufficient to meet the revenue goal.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, prospects and forecasts to management.
• Ensure proper collection, dissemination of project details and customer requirements to internal team’s corporate procedures prior to quoting.
• Collaboratively work with internal and corporate teams to develop and present proposals.
• Plan and conduct strategic negotiations with customers.
• Monitor and manage relationships with existing customers for current programs, including customer engagement activities.
• Achieve annual sales goals for the territory consistent with corporate requirements for predictability, profitability, resource availability and strategy.
• Manage internal communications between the development, manufacturing, quality, CA and leadership teams to ensure a consistent relationship with new and ongoing customers.
